Affiliate Mission Partner Agreement
Below is a overview of our written commission agreement This Commission Agreement (the "Agreement") will be made between Telco United Cyber located at 1019B Edwards Ferry Rd. Suite 1183 Leesburg VA 20176. Email [email protected] referred to as "Company") and the name of the affiliate submitting this electronic affiliate agreement (referred to as "Affiliate").
Scope of Agreement
This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which the Affiliate will promote and refer customers to the Company’s contracted affiliation Cyber Umbrella a division of Love Vision Inc a NPO that disburses a no obligation grant for qualified businesses for penetration testing and risk assessment report.
Commission Structure
Rate: Earn a 10% commission on the gross monthly contract amount for referred accounts that sign up for our Cyber Security Services.
Payment Schedule: Commissions are paid monthly, on the 15th, for the services paid in the previous calendar month.
Account Lifespan: Continue to earn as long as your referrals remain our paying clients. *Minimum account requirement after 12 months.
Minimum Payout
We process payouts once your earned commission reaches at least $50.00.
Referral Tracking
Company will provide a unique Free Test Code and link to refer businesses to us. We'll track and verify all referrals for you.
Access your referral dashboard to monitor progress and earnings.
Marketing Conduct
We expect all affiliates to adhere to the highest standards of ethics and legality in their promotional activities.
Agreement Terms
Termination: Either party can end this agreement with a written notice. Account Lifespan commission will continue, unless company terminated Affiliate for breach. Breach to defined as :
Misrepresentation: If the Affiliate engages in misleading or unethical marketing practices that go against the compliance terms of the agreement, this would be a breach.

Unauthorized Disclosure: If Affiliate shares confidential information that they have agreed to keep private, this would constitute a breach of the confidentiality clause.
Non-Compliance: If the Affiliate does not comply with applicable laws, regulations, or guidelines while promoting the Company's products/services, it would be a breach
Confidentiality: Any sensitive information exchanged must be kept confidential.
Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of Virginia.
